IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS TO THE APPLICANTS BEFORE SUBMITTING ONLINE APPLICATION

1. Online Applications are invited from the candidates residing in districts coming under South Central Railway Jurisdiction only (refer para 1.0 of notification).

4. For registration Candidates should belong to States/districts mentioned in Para 1.0 with proof of residence, valid Aadhar Number, E-mail ID and Mobile number which has to be maintained till the completion of Engagement process for receiving information/Alerts. E-mail ID which will be verified by sending OTP (one time password) through email.
5. By using User ID and password, Candidate has to complete the application form.
6. Before filling up of your application the following scanned documents in JPG, PNG or PDF formats (should not be more than 2MB in size) are to be kept ready for uploading:
- I) SSC/10th Class marks sheet
- II) ITI Consolidated marks memo or semester-wise marks memo.
- III) For SC/ST/OBC/EWS candidates community / income certificate in the prescribed formats given in the notification.
- IV) For PWD candidates, Disability certificate.
- V) One passport size photo graph (Image should not be more than
- VI) Signature of the candidate (Image should not be more than 1Mb in size)
- VII) Discharge Certificate for Ex-Servicemen and children of Ex-Servicemen
- VIII) Service Certificate for the children of Serving Jawans/officers of Armed Forces
7. The candidate must possess minimum 50% of marks in SSC/10th Class plus ITI Certificate in relevant trade.
8. OBC/EWS/UR (Male) candidates have to make payment of Rs.100/- (One hundred only) as processing fee after filling up of application through SBI Payment gateway.
9. After submission of completed application, Registration number will be generated and sent to your mobile number and e-Mail ID. The same will be useful for further communication or process.
10. The application form once submitted cannot be edited/modified. The candidates can view the application form by using User ID and Password.
11. Double-check your details before submitting the form.
12. There will be no written test or viva.
13. Training & stipend:-Training will be arranged in accordance with the standards and syllabus prescribed by the Central Apprenticeship Council. The selected candidates will be paid stipend during Apprenticeship at the prescribed rates as per extant instructions.
14. PAYMENT OF FEE: 8.1 Once the online application is complete in all respects on https://scr.indianrailways.gov.in/ i.e., filling up of requisite details and uploading the relevant documents in the online application, the candiate will be directed for payment of application fees.
15. Application Fees (Non-refundable) - 100/- (Rupees Hundred only). Transaction charges for online payment, if any, shall be borne by the candidate. Olympian Tek will be collecting the payment.
16. Mode of Payment Application fees to be paid online through any of the following modes:
- (i) QR Code
- (ii) UPI
- (iii) Credit Cards
- (iv) Credit Cards
- (v) Net Banking
17. No fee is required to be paid by SC/ST candidates/Female candidates of all communities/PwBD candidates.
